Service has a high priority for us. Well-trained technicians with many years of professional experience carry out repairs and service at EBERLE. Regular maintenance provides additional reliability for the long-term preservation of quality and functionality.

Ecology / sustainability

The company attaches great importance to sustainability and energy efficiency. We are proud that we own the largest photovoltaic system in the Northern Black Forest with 82 covered car parking spaces. The generated electricity is used directly in production, thereby helping to cushion the increase in energy costs. The added value is also that the vehicles are protected in the shade during the day. The system is oriented to the southwest and consists of 852 modules. It spans an area of 1430 m². The 277 kWp capacity enables an annual electricity yield of approx. 270,000 kWh.

Our dedicated specialists have a secure and future-oriented workplace here. Flexible working hours and open communication are appreciated. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths contribute to a good working atmosphere. For physical well-being, our kitchen staff prepares fresh meals daily. Regional food as well as theme weeks are very popular with everyone. Employees from different departments meet in the canteen and exchange ideas.

Company Health Management

We care about the health of our employees and have introduced Company Health Management (CHM) since 2018. So far, regular health checks, such as vision and hearing tests, vision analysis, skin screening, and nutrition counseling, are carried out in the company.

Quality management system

Products from our company are not mass-produced. Each component undergoes a careful manufacturing and control process. The EBERLE quality standard is ensured by regular audits and by compliance with the standard EN ISO 13485 and the EU directive 93/42/EEC.

Patient & user safety

In order to be able to market high-quality and safe products, our in-house development conducts analyses of product risks in order to reduce or completely eliminate these before marketing. To be able to analyze and continuously improve the safety of patients, users and third parties, even after marketing, we systematically monitor products on the market, which extends over the entire life cycle of a product.

Compliance (observance of regulatory requirements)

To the best of our knowledge, we ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of our target markets. For this purpose, we develop and produce our processes and products in accordance with applicable regulations.

Definition of processes

Our quality management system is continuously monitored, constantly updated and continuously improved. To verify effectiveness, we use systematic procedures, such as process evaluations or the execution of internal audits.
